Our Services

Support Coordination - Level 1 and 2

NDIS Support Connection (Level 1) is designed for participants who are largely independent and only need occasional assistance to understand their plan, connect with providers, and develop the skills to manage their supports on their own. Coordination of Supports (Level 2) is intended for participants who need more comprehensive guidance to coordinate their services, manage complex NDIS plans, and strengthen their capacity to live more independently within the community.

Psychosocial Recovery Coach

A Psychosocial Recovery Coach supports people with psychosocial disabilities to lead purposeful, meaningful lives by building independence and encouraging greater social and economic participation. They collaborate with individuals to develop recovery plans, strengthen life skills, manage everyday challenges, and connect with relevant services—including mental health and NDIS supports. Recovery coaches empower people to take control of their lives and build resilience.
